The Cabin Collective

Our First Art Show & Sale!

Our residents and supporters pulled together a collection of art work for your viewing and purchasing pleasure. Proceeds from the sale supported our artists, and OLS.

Thank you to Trellis for hosting our show at 844 Princess Street.

Special thanks to Kathy, OLS staff, for organizing this initiative.

We are working towards hosting another art show early in 2024.

Meet Our Artists

Krissy

While Krissy isn't a cabin resident, she did help launch this entire adventure.  In July 2020, while a resident at the Belle Park Encampment on Montreal Street, Krissy designed a t-shirt for the encampment. Residents of the encampment sold these t-shirts to their family and friends and generated a profit of $450 for OLS!

The Belle Park T-Shirt is available again!

Reese

Reese, has been capturing moments large and small around our cabins with his cell phone camera.  It brightens all of our days when he shares his newest images with us.  Reese is saving towards purchasing a professional camera so he can continue developing his photography skills.

Doc

Doc is our most prolific artist! His cabin is set up like an artist studio, and the walls of our common spaces are beautified with his creations. Tall ships and concept vehicles are his usual subjects, memories from his East Coast childhood and working for ship builders.
